M.A.M.A.'S of Canada & PAPA'S 2

We need to Educate the police and Detective's on the rights and wrongs when someone makes a panic call to help another person in need of Medical Attention. It is of no wonder why people watch and don't want to get involved. POLICE OFFICER'S are doing wrong by scaring a Good Samaritan away.

Most of us in our lives have been pulled over at one time or another by Police. For strange reasons, we are frightened by their presence; as though we did something wrong. When in fact we didn't. So can we blame a by-stander for running, instead of helping someone in need. I think not.

Our Police Force have been trained, to be tough and in control, at all times. They, are not allowed to let their guard down or show any feelings of compassion. Police have a to determine whether that person was involved or was just an innocent person trying to do the right thing.

I will also never forget the way we were treated during our search for my missing daughter. I'll never forget being told to go home some one will contact you in the morning.

I have personal experiences by the way I was personally treated the night Homicide Detectives came into my home at 2 am. I'll never forget the light knock; 'Ill never forget the words,"your Daughter was found Deceased." I'll never forget my daughter on top of me trying to control my swaying and pounding.

I will never forget the feeling, as if, we were guilty for my missing daughter. I'll never forget not being able to call anyone to let them know where we were. I'll never forget Detective Allan calling the station and booking 3 interrogation rooms. I'll never forget being separated from my daughters in a time when I really needed them. I'll never forget being asked "why I had an identification made for my daughter." I'll never forget being escorted to the washroom where I just wanted to yell; but couldn't because and officer was with me at all times. I'll never forget how I was followed outside to have a cigarette with an officer by my side. I'll never forget having to leave one of my daughter behind as they needed more answers from her. When she arrived home she was so upset at us for leaving her behind. I'll never forget having to turn down reporters because we weren't allowed to speak. Today I could have used their reporters, but we were confused.
